The Association

Title, Motto & Crest

1.

The title of the association shall be "Old Aloysians’ Association". The Association shall have for its motto "UT OMNES UNUM SINT" (That all may be one).

The coat of arms of the Association shall be: Per Pale, 6 bands argent and gules alternate; Argent, two wolves standing facing with a chain and pail between sable. Motto.

This coat of arms represents the colours of the College of St Aloysius and Malta, i.e. White and Red, and the wolves are from the coat of arms of the family name of St.Ignatius de Onaz y Loyola.

Address

2.

The address of the Association shall be: St Aloysius College, Birkirkara or any other address so decided by the Council.

Objects

3.

The objects of the Association shall be:-

 

a)       To foster mutual cooperation between the authorities of St. Aloysius College, as founded and governed by the Jesuit Fathers, and the Association.

b)     To safeguard the interests of the members and to promote their mutual friendship and understanding.

c)        To maintain and uphold the spirit of the Christian way of liv ing.

d)      To foster social, cultural and sporting activities among its members.

Language

4.

The official languages of the Association shall be Maltese and English.
