The Association shall be suspended if more than seventy-five per cent of its members or fifty members, whichever is the higher, vote for such an action at a General Meeting called for the purpose.In such an eventuality, the funds and property of the Association will be handed over to the Rev. Fr. Rector 'pro tempore' of St Aloysius College who will act as curator until such time when the Association is again in function.During this period, the Rev. Fr. Rector may call upon any ex-member to assist him in his curatorship.
